Raw Food in L.A.

This is Chrissy the Beautiful Woman:

 At Nature Mart in L.A. this beautiful woman, Chrissy, was giving a demo of raw food products.  See the Peace in her eyes!  Such a sweet sister, she kicked me down the left-over raw treats from Rawvolution, Pickled Planet, and Lydia's Organics.  There was also some free raw cacao, which I loaded up on.  Good stuff!

These products are distributed by Chrissy through Organic Trader, a group bringing raw and organic products to retailers for our healthful benefit and enjoyment.

I dedicate this day to Peace Pilgrim for her amazing efforts. which I am reading about in her book.  It was a double blessing to me to receive these food gifts as I privately decided that today I'll only eat that which others bestow upon me - without informing them of the dedication., of course  Surprisingly I did not get hungry or feel weak even by 2:00pm when this amazing raw food was so generously given.
